When you reserve a home
Once we have received and approved your reservation, we will contact you for your social security number. Once we have received this, your rental contract will be sent to you for digital signature and we will send you a deposit corresponding to 3 months rent and 1 month prepaid rent. Once you have signed the contract and paid the deposit, we will send you the digital contract and the property is yours.

When you rent a townhouse in Ammendrup Park, you move into a home with sustainable heating. Filled with comfort and a source of low heating bills year after year.
With an air to water heat pump mounted outside the house, you get the most optimal heating solution for a small terraced house. No more oil boiler, firewood or wood pellet systems.
The system consists of an outdoor and indoor unit. Outside the house, a system is installed that uses a low-noise fan to draw in air, converts the air into heat and sends the heat into the house.
In the entrance hall, you'll find a cabinet where all the technical stuff is gathered. Each room gets a simple thermostat where you just select the room temperature - and then you don't have to worry about anything else, just enjoy the warmth.
